"Modifying my previous review of this agency. I don't know what happened to this agency. Since Stephanie left, the customer service is non-existent. Calls are now never returned and emails never replied to. If you call to speak to an agent you first have to give the details. You cannot just say that you would like to discuss your homeowner's insurance. You have to give complete details of what you want to discuss to then be transferred or be promised a call back that never comes. But if your intention is to add more coverage or another policy then your calls are promptly returned. Then good luck after that. I am switching agents. Hopefully they care more about keeping their customers than just initially getting your business and that's it."

"Outstanding Service – Thank You, Kasey & Jasmine! On July 29th, I walked into this State Farm agency without an appointment, hoping to speak with someone about a policy issue I had been struggling with for over a month. Jasmine immediately took the time to listen and brought in Kasey, the team leader, to help. Kasey quickly stepped in, helped me log into my account, and walked me through the process of transferring my policy to their office—something I had been unable to do despite multiple attempts with my original office and others nearby. I was feeling completely frustrated and even considered switching companies.
